Collecting your order:

Simply add the items you require to your cart and select the 'Collection from Bradford store' option at the checkout. The minimum spend for Click & Collect on our online store is £30.00 (incl. VAT). However, please note there is no minimum CASH spend when shopping in store.

We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. All online orders take 24 hours to be picked and packed. If you require any item immediately, then simply come down to buy in store. Browsing in store will also give you the chance to view a bigger variety and pick up some further bargains!

  • Valid passport/driving licence of the buyer
  • The bank card used to pay for your order (this is to prevent fraudulent orders).

If you live in an area that qualifies for a surcharge then we will contact you when you have placed your order. Below is a list of postcodes that qualify for a surcharge (mainly Scotland and coastal areas). The average surcharge to us is much higher for Scotland and coastal areas, however we have heavily subsidised this, whilst maintaining the best prices across our range.

Orders to the following postcodes are subject to a £10 surcharge regardless of order value: AB10-32, AB41-42, AB51, DD, DG, G63, KA27-28, PH1-5, PH12-14, SY23-25

Orders to the Isle of White, Channel Islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland are subject to a £15 surcharge regardless of order value.

Deliveries can be made anytime from Monday to Saturday - 8:00am - 8:00pm


It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order. Where possible use a business address for your delivery as it's more likely that someone will be there. 

Once goods ordered have left our premises delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier company. Suki’s Cash & Carry cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered and we will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems our customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts.

If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises, our courier will usually leave a card for you to get in touch to arrange a re-delivery. 3 delivery attempts will be made before the parcel is returned back to us. A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund issued back to you.

Product Availability.

We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens we will endeavour to contact you to find an suitable alternative. If we have to substitute an item it will be with one of equal or greater value. If you have seen a product online and want to know if we have more stock, then please contact us via e-mail ( or on 01274 736093 and we will get back to you within 24 hours.


By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Business:

Any shortages and/or damages must be reported to Suki’s Cash & Carry by email within 2 days of receiving your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns for any food use items, such as disposables, packaging boxes, cups etc.

You (the buyer) will be responsible for the return postage costs back to us IN ALL CASES, whether the item is damaged or a general return.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (APPLIES TO DELIVERED ONLINE ORDERS ONLY).

Cancellation Rights

  1. You have the right to cancel this order within seven days beginning the day after the day on which you order the goods from our online store. If the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, and you no longer require your order, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to any refund owed back to you.
  2. If cancellation is made after seven working days, we still may accept the return of goods; however a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
  3. If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter or email within the cancellation period.
  4. You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take good care of the goods while in your possession.
  5. You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, the cost of which is to be born by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
  6. Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation.
