Refund policy

Please note: There are no returns, no exchanges or no refunds for any goods purchased in store. 

Returns & Damages - ONLINE ORDERS ONLY.

Any shortages and/or damages must be reported to Suki’s Cash & Carry in writing within 3 days of receiving your goods. 

Clearance Items - any items marked "CLEARANCE" are not returnable or refundable. These items will have some form of manufacturer defect and will be at a discounted price.

RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS/ITEMS RETURNED BACK FOR INCORRECT RETURN REASONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

Cancellation Rights - applies to ONLINE orders only.

  1. You have the right to cancel this order within five days beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
  2. If cancellation is made after five days, we still may accept the return of goods; however a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
  3. If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter or email within the cancellation period (5 days).
  4. You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take good care of the goods while in your possession.
  5. You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
  6. Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation.
  7. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves (if delivery service was used as the initial method). If the items have been purchased in store, then they must be returned to the store by the customer, along with proof of purchase, before any further action can be taken.
  8. Orders may be cancelled if items are unavailable. We cannot guarantee availability/price of any item.
